Overview
AI helps our analysts work through alerts faster, which means quicker answers for US clients overnight and on weekends as well as during the working day. Every decision to escalate or contain is still made by an analyst, and incident summaries are written in plain English for your IT team, counsel and leadership.
Security teams face more alerts than humans can investigate. AI and automation help by enriching alerts with context, correlating related signals, summarizing investigations and suggesting next steps — so analysts spend their time on decisions rather than data gathering.
Our AI-powered security operations combine behavioral analytics, automated enrichment and AI-assisted investigation with experienced SOC analysts. Low-risk, well-understood alerts are handled by automated playbooks; complex or high-impact cases are escalated to humans with a clear summary and evidence.
We apply strict guardrails: AI never takes high-impact actions without approved playbooks, outputs are reviewed, and your data is handled under defined privacy controls.

Frequently asked questions
Does AI replace your SOC analysts?
No. AI handles repetitive enrichment and summarization; analysts make decisions and remain accountable.
Is our data used to train public AI models?
No. Client data is processed under defined privacy controls and is not used to train public models.
Can we use this with our existing SIEM?
Yes. AI-powered operations can be layered onto existing SIEM, EDR and SOAR tooling.
Can you support US organizations from India?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely by our team in India. India is 9.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time during US daylight saving time (10.5 hours in winter) and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Pacific time. Meetings and testing windows are agreed around your US time zone at scoping, and 24/7 services run around the clock.
Where is our data processed?
Engagement data is handled by our team in India under NDA, with encrypted storage, least-privilege access and secure deletion at the end of the agreed retention period. Data-handling terms are agreed in the contract. If you need something specific, such as US-only data residency or a business associate agreement, raise it at scoping and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
