Overview
US companies face tight incident clocks. Public companies disclose material cybersecurity incidents on Form 8-K within four business days of determining materiality, NYDFS-regulated firms generally report cybersecurity events within 72 hours, and every state has a breach notification law. A managed SOC gives you round-the-clock detection and clear incident timelines for those decisions, without building a night shift in-house.
Attackers don't work office hours. Real-time visibility is essential to detect suspicious activity before it becomes a breach — but staffing a 24/7 SOC with skilled analysts, tooling and processes is out of reach for most organizations.
Our managed SOC collects and correlates logs from your endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, identity providers, firewalls and applications. Analysts triage every meaningful alert, investigate context, and escalate confirmed threats to your team with clear recommended actions — or contain them directly under agreed playbooks.
We continuously tune detection content to your environment, so your team receives fewer, higher-quality alerts. Insights from our penetration testing practice feed directly into detection engineering.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to buy a SIEM?
Not necessarily. We can work with your existing SIEM or recommend and deploy a platform that fits your budget and log volume.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
Response targets are defined by severity in your service agreement and confirmed during onboarding.
Can the SOC help with compliance?
Yes. Centralized logging, monitoring and incident records provide evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and US reporting obligations such as state breach notification laws, NYDFS Part 500 and SEC Form 8-K.
Can you support US organizations from India?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely by our team in India. India is 9.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time during US daylight saving time (10.5 hours in winter) and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Pacific time. Meetings and testing windows are agreed around your US time zone at scoping, and 24/7 services run around the clock.
Where is our data processed?
Engagement data is handled by our team in India under NDA, with encrypted storage, least-privilege access and secure deletion at the end of the agreed retention period. Data-handling terms are agreed in the contract. If you need something specific, such as US-only data residency or a business associate agreement, raise it at scoping and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
