Overview
Many US organizations already license Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk or another SIEM but don't have the people to tune it. We onboard the log sources that matter, set retention to match your contracts, PCI DSS and audit commitments, and keep detections current, so the platform produces useful evidence for SOC 2 and HIPAA audits instead of noise.
Many organizations buy a SIEM and end up with an expensive log archive: missing sources, broken parsers, thousands of untuned alerts and nobody with time to maintain it. Our Managed SIEM service fixes that by treating the SIEM as a living detection platform.
We start by mapping the log sources that matter — identity, endpoint, cloud control planes, firewalls, VPN, email and critical applications — then onboard, normalize and validate them. Detection content is mapped to MITRE ATT&CK and tuned to your environment so that every alert is worth an analyst's time.
Managed SIEM can run on its own, with your internal team responding, or as the foundation of our 24/7 Managed SOC.

- Monthly service reviews scheduled around your US time zone, with evidence packs for SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI DSS
- Delivered remotely from India, with data-handling terms agreed in the contract before onboarding

Frequently asked questions
Which SIEM platforms do you support?
We work with leading commercial and open-source SIEM and security analytics platforms, and can recommend one if you don't have a SIEM yet.
What is the difference between Managed SIEM and Managed SOC?
Managed SIEM runs and tunes the platform; Managed SOC adds 24/7 analysts who triage, investigate and respond to what the SIEM detects.
Can you help reduce SIEM licensing costs?
Yes. Log filtering, tiered storage and use-case-driven onboarding often reduce ingestion volumes significantly without losing detection value.
Can you support US organizations from India?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely by our team in India. India is 9.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time during US daylight saving time (10.5 hours in winter) and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Pacific time. Meetings and testing windows are agreed around your US time zone at scoping, and 24/7 services run around the clock.
Where is our data processed?
Engagement data is handled by our team in India under NDA, with encrypted storage, least-privilege access and secure deletion at the end of the agreed retention period. Data-handling terms are agreed in the contract. If you need something specific, such as US-only data residency or a business associate agreement, raise it at scoping and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
